Remote Sales Supervisor (Wholesale)

Turing is seeking professionals with solid experience in sales management, account leadership, or business development—particularly those overseeing wholesale teams in manufacturing, distribution, or technology sectors.

Role Overview

• In this role, you will work on projects that help fine-tune and improve large language models (LLMs) using your sales operations and B2B management expertise.
• No prior AI experience is required.
• These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to strengthen sales strategy, enhance forecasting accuracy, and streamline client communication and performance tracking.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like

• Design and solve real-world sales and business development scenarios to evaluate AI reasoning.
• Write structured, detailed solutions related to lead generation, negotiation, account management, and sales forecasting.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with wholesale sales best practices.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of sales pipelines, pricing models, and customer relationship dynamics.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Account Manager, or Business Development Lead in wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales operations, CRM systems, and client management strategies.
• Excellent English communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to explain complex sales processes clearly.
