Overview

As an AI Automation Architect, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance the end-to-end flow of AI-driven processes to ensure they are not only technically sound but also meaningfully automated
- Assess whether the right tools and models are being used, and whether those models are integrated in ways that truly reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand how AI agents operate within various workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and provide actionable guidance to improve performance
- Serve as a thought partner and technical advisor, helping teams align their automation strategies with business goals while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and measurable impact
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in computer science or related field
- 5+ year of experience within AI/ML systems, automation engineering, or solutions architecture with a strong track record of integrating machine learning models or AI agents into production workflows
- Proven ability to leverage AI development tools like Copilot, supported by a strong understanding Microsoft platforms and technologies
- Hands on experience with Python and Powerautomate

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
