Purpose of Role
Executive, WHSL/DIST Account Services
Professional, Account Services / Professional, Asset Service, Promo & Special Ops
The responsibilities of the Account Service Professional will be to manage the customer service aspects of our highest volume accounts. These individuals will analyze customer fill rates and independently problem solve for delayed product. They will communicate and partner with the sales team and buyers for the accounts to determine the right action plan for UA and the customers regarding their orders. They will run SAP & BI reports to determine allocation fill rates, future fill rates and system release dates so that the warehouse has efficient time to pack orders within the customers' requested windows.
Professional, Customer Operations
Under Armour is seeking a Professional, Customer Operations to work within the Amsterdam based Supply Chain team. You will connect with UA external accounts and internal stakeholders across several channels of communication. As part of EMEA Supply Chain, you will be responsible for executing the orderbook for your account(s). You will be measured on achieving KPIs and goals for both your function and POD.
As a Senior within the team, you will be held to higher standard of execution with a focus on various paths: Functional expertise, Leadership or Project/ Process Improvements (can be one or a combination).
Your Impact

- Daily customer order bank management for North American Wholesale accounts
- Analyzing account fill rates and actively problem solving for delayed product
- Running SAP & BI reports to determine current fill rates, future fill rates and system release dates so that the warehouse has efficient time to pack orders within the customers requested window
- Provide detailed allocation reports and updates to account managers and customers regarding their orders and be able to answer any questions in regards to reporting
- Independently take action on various company reports
- Partner with sales to determine the right action plan for Under Armour and the customer regarding their orders and shipments
- Aid in the development/improvement of procedures, reports & processes
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, products, VAS requirements and pricing
- Service all inside and outside calls promptly and with enthusiasm
- Process sales orders via, email, telephone or electronically; confirm all orders received and troubleshoot any issues
- Understand the product line and cross sell when needed
- Manage account dashboards to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Ensure a working knowledge of entire order cycle and have the ability to identify any gaps or process improvements
- Work cross functionally with the Supply Chain, DH, IT, Accounting and Production Teams to coordinate and ensure delivery by specified dates; if specified delivery dates are not met, needs to take action and expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments to satisfy customers
- Arrives at meetings and appointments with customers on time and prepared
Professional, Customer Operations
- Track and maintain orders and be accountable for all KPI's with regards to your own order book.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures of both the function and the POD.
- Work daily in a variety of systems including SAP, BI, B2B and Excel.
- Ensure a working knowledge of entire order cycle.
- Sharing account score cards on repetitive base with stakeholders addressing order book performance.
- Actively support our UA DH (Distribution Hub) team and x-functional teammates.
- Run and analyze daily / weekly / monthly reports according to service level agreements.
- Communicate proactively, professionally, efficiently, and tactfully with accounts, sales, logistics and all other cross functional areas.
- Effectively problem solve ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to accounts.
- Handle a variety of supply chain related enquiries in a timely manner.
- Adapt to any new IT upgrades (SAP, B2B, BI), new processes, new applications and/or scenarios.
Qualifications
ALL
- Bachelor's degree with typically 2 years of related experience OR Master's degree without experience OR typically 6 years of relevant experience without degree.
Executive, WHSL/DIST Account Services

- 1 years of related customer service
- Professional written and oral communication demonstrating a courteous demeanor and desire to assist the customer and internal departments
- Working experience with Microsoft Office
Professional, Customer Operations
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and minimum of bachelor's degree preferably in related field.
- Fluent English required (Preferred German language additional)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP is highly desired.
- Experience with (European) Digital Wholesale account(s).

Base Compensation

$60,000.00-$75,000.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
