A great UHY client is seeking a Healthcare Client Onboarding Specialist to support client onboarding and engagement efforts. This role is highly client-facing, focused on managing inbound leads, scheduling appointments, and helping individuals navigate services in a supportive and professional manner. Responsibilities
- Manage inbound client inquiries and schedule appointments
- Guide prospective clients through service offerings and intake process
- Handle leads from multiple sources (online platforms, referrals, etc.)
- Utilize CRM and EMR systems to input and manage client information
- Assist clients in identifying appropriate services and providers
- Support insurance-related questions and processes
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems (Zoho or similar preferred)
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Understanding of insurance processes is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
