Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Configure essential modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Service Portal
• Automate workflows utilizing Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting techniques
• Diagnose issues, conduct testing, and enhance system performance

Requirements:

Must have:

• Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification
• Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies
• Familiar with integrations such as MID Server, LDAP, and SSO
