Job Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director of Graduate Programs, the Senior Director of Graduate Admissions holds a key leadership role providing operational and strategic direction for all phases of the recruitment, admissions, and operations aspects of CU Leeds masters-level graduate programs including MBA, Evening MBA, Hybrid MBA, Executive MBA and all specialized MS Business Programs. This role is responsible for Leeds enrollment initiatives and develops a goal-focused graduate enrollment management plan built to meet enrollment targets related to quantity and quality.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Recruitment and Admissions
- Develops strategy and tactical plans for achieving admissions goals across all programs.
- Directs the recruitment team to reach existing and new markets for the school's portfolio of MBA and MS graduate programs.
- Supervises the execution of all internal and external events such as open houses, webinars, graduate fairs, and admitted student receptions.
- Partners with the Leeds Engagement, Marketing & Communications team to develop effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for the Business School's instance of Slate, ensuring ethical, professional, and transparent database management.
- Leads processes for developing and evaluating application review procedures.
- Annually assesses, revises, and updates training on admissions and recruitment activities.
- Represents Leeds Graduate Programs with industry associations and at professional forums.
- Leads planning and analysis of recruitment, admissions, marketing, and enrollment data to identify opportunities for growth.
Management of Admissions and Scholarship Budgets
- Manages a recruitment and admissions budget of $1 million.
- Informs and implements scholarship strategies to address evolving enrollment interests.
- Creates and manages the admissions' budget, ensuring financial sustainability and alignment with institutional policies.
Data Reporting/Analysis
- Analyzes recruitment-related data to revise programming activities as part of strategic enrollment planning.
- Uses historical data and industry knowledge to form strategic marketing and enrollment plans.
- Develops, implements, and measures all marketing initiatives across various channels (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).
- Monitors and reports on key admissions, recruitment, and outreach metrics to senior leadership.
Supervision
- Provides day-to-day oversight of graduate admissions staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Leads, mentors, and develops the admissions recruitment and operations teams.
- Plans and implements regular training sessions on admissions standard methodologies and technology tools.
What You Should Know
This position offers a hybrid work modality. The approximate work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Evening and weekend days are occasionally required. Some travel is required.
What We Can Offer
The annual hiring range for this position is $115,000-$125,000. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

What We Require
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 5 years of relevant professional experience in higher education, including budget creation and management.
- 3 years of supervisory experience and a desire to lead a collaborative team.

- Working knowledge of business admissions criteria, rankings, and market differentiation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and academic leadership.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical admissions practices and equity-minded recruitment.
- Proven success with project management and strategic plan execution.
- Strong financial competence and understanding of budget processes.
- Proficiency in using admissions databases and CRM (Slate).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
