Position Summary

This role supports the Office of Advancement in maximizing the effectiveness of fundraising and marketing technology tools. You will help teams leverage platforms, adopt new functionality, improve operations, and sustain consistent use of tools and processes.

  • Location: Colorado (Applicants must be residents or able to relocate within a month).
  • Work Model: Flexibility-first hybrid approach with periodic in-office requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of core annual giving and digital marketing tools, including:
    • GiveCampus
    • Data analytics (Cognos, Tableau, Donor Centrics)
    • Salesforce (Kindsight Ascend CRM)
    • Marketing Cloud
    • Double the Donation
    • Email accessibility and creation tools
  • Assess gaps between current tool utilization and available capabilities to identify improvements in configuration, processes, and training.
  • Stay informed on new features, including AI-related functionality, and coordinate testing or pilots.
  • Act as a business-side partner to translate user needs between business and technical colleagues.
  • Maintain a structured intake process for requests and track work within shared workflow management tools.
  • Develop guidelines, best practices, and documentation to promote shared standards.
  • Support change management, onboarding, and refresher training for users.

What We Offer

  • Salary: $74,000 - $80,000.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience supporting user adoption, documentation, process improvement, or training.
  • Three (3) years of experience working with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Two (2) years of professional experience in annual giving, fundraising operations, advancement services, digital marketing, or higher education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience translating user needs into technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with platforms like GiveCampus, Salesforce, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in business-side coordination for shared platforms and supporting post-launch improvements.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for operational workflows.
