Client Relations Associate -- Inside Sales - Legal | Remote (U.S.)
Vacca Family Law Group is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join its team. This position is fully remote. About the Role
As the first point of contact for prospective new clients, you will conduct consultations, build trust, and guide prospects through intake, consultation, and onboarding. This is a relationship-driven role requiring strong communication skills, a consultative approach, excellent attention to detail, and the discipline to manage a pipeline and client records in a remote environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus commission and performance-based bonuses; total compensation commensurate with experience, with realistic on-target earnings of $70,000 - 75,000

Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their legal needs and explain how the firm can help
- Guide prospects through the intake, consultation, and onboarding process
- Maintain consistent follow-up to move prospects through the pipeline
- Convert assigned PNCs into retained clients and contribute to team conversion goals
- Conduct offboarding communications with clients upon matter completion/termination, ensuring a professional and positive close to the client relationship
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all prospective clients in the firm's systems
- Collaborate with other members of the client relations team, marketing team and legal team to ensure a seamless client experience from intake through onboarding
- Track performance metrics related to lead conversion and client satisfaction using CRM tools
Qualifications
- 5 years of consultative sales experience (legal sales experience preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage a client pipeline and meet conversion goals
- Proficiency with CRM platforms; experience with Clio and Lawmatics strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office 365
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accurate record keeping
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; consultative, empathetic approach
- Experience creating or maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus
Compensation
$70,000 - $75,000 Year DOE
