Do you love optimizing Amazon ads? Can you empathize with a customer? Do you find automation through artificial intelligence appealing? Perfect! You will advise our clients and conduct technical discussions about Sponsored Ads. You will build sustainable, trusting, and successful customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Optimizing advertising campaigns on Amazon
- Technical support for Sponsored Ads
- Setup and application of our AI-based PPC tool for our clients
- Building sustainable, trusting customer relationships
- Tracking set goals and making course corrections as needed
- As a customer advisor, you will support our clients with all inquiries
- Exchanging ideas and feedback with our IT developers to increase customer satisfaction
- You will be aware of the latest trends and challenges in Amazon and e-commerce and update our clients accordingly
What We Expect:
- High degree of self-motivation, passion, and sense of adventure
- Desirable: First experience in Amazon advertising
- Convincing communication skills, fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Analytical and structured way of working
