Role Overview

This role focuses on optimizing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems within a manufacturing context. The Oracle ERP Manager will lead ERP system implementations, analyze business requirements, and develop customizations to enhance operational performance. Collaborating with various teams, the individual will streamline workflows and ensure data integrity, making a significant impact across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP system implementations and enhancements tailored to manufacturing operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze and document business requirements to ensure ERP platforms meet the needs of production, inventory, supply chain, and financial operations.
  • Develop and support ERP customizations that align with manufacturing processes and enhance operational performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the ERP systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy across multiple sites.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with data integrity standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of ERP experience within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Strong programming capability in SQL and at least one additional language such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite, with a focus on customization and implementation.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
