[Remote] Senior Product Manager - New Markets

About the Role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Product-Led Growth (PLG) roadmap for a new, innovative product line. This remote position is open to candidates in the USA and requires collaboration with executive leadership to define and execute product strategy, driving commercialization efforts. You will be instrumental in building a new 0-1 product outside of Veeva's core life sciences business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SVP of New Markets and Veeva's Founder & CEO on a new 0-1 product line.
• Define the Product-Led Growth (PLG) roadmap, working alongside a Product Manager focused on Sales-Led Growth (SLG).
• Ship features across our AI data mining engine, iOS, Android, and Web Applications.
• Acquire and manage early adopters, guiding them through commercialization (go-to-market, marketing, pricing & packaging).
• Drive product definition, planning, and execution to achieve roadmap goals with the design and engineering teams.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B product management experience in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.
• Strong product sense and understanding of how SaaS data models impact features and user experiences.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences and simplifying complexity.
• Demonstrated empathy for end-users and administrators, with a proven ability to translate customer pain points into application features.
• Enthusiastic and pragmatic approach to applying AI to application features, prioritizing effective solutions.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, APIs, and enterprise-grade technologies.
• Must be located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones to facilitate collaboration during core working hours.
• Experience in a successful enterprise SaaS company, startup, or fast-paced environment where adaptability is crucial.
• Familiarity with CRM and Productivity SaaS ecosystems.
• Background in design or data science is a plus.
• Experience building products for global, multi-language markets is desirable.
