Job description

A fast-growing Amazon-focused agency is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support its continued expansion across the US market.

This is a fully remote role, ideally suited to someone based on the US East Coast with experience working within an Amazon agency or ecommerce consultancy environment.

The business partners with established Amazon brands, helping them scale across marketplace strategy, advertising, brand management and digital commerce growth.

This is a high-performance sales role with strong earning potential, high-quality inbound opportunities and clear progression within a rapidly growing business.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing and converting a pipeline of pre-qualified ecommerce and Amazon brand opportunities.

Working closely with the internal team, you'll lead discovery calls, present growth opportunities and convert brands into long-term agency partners.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the Amazon ecosystem and enjoys operating within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and pre-qualified sales opportunities
  • Lead discovery and brand analysis calls with Amazon brands
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Clearly communicate the agency's value proposition and services
  • Manage pipeline activity and reporting through CRM systems
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

What They're Looking For

  • Experience within an Amazon agency, ecommerce consultancy or marketplace-focused business
  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem (FBA, PPC, marketplace growth, brand management etc.)
  • Strong communication and commercial skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Ideally based on the US East Coast
