As we expand in Europe, we're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team. You'll gain insights into operations, technology management, and on-demand mobility, experiencing the dynamics of the mobility industry firsthand.
This role is remote, provided you are based in Germany.
What You'll Do
- Ensure smooth daily service operations via phone and email support.
- Work scheduled shifts, with bonuses for night shifts, Sundays, or holidays.
- Support drivers and passengers with their questions and concerns.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Grow your responsibilities and compensation as you develop.
Who You Are
- Fluent in German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2).
- An excellent communicator, adept at finding the right tone in various situations.
- Enjoy providing phone support and advice.
- Remain calm under pressure and develop real-time solutions.
- Eager to learn and provide great service, even without prior call center experience.
- Passionate about improving mobility access and reducing carbon footprints.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern IT tools.
