As we expand in Europe, we're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team. You'll gain insights into operations, technology management, and on-demand mobility, experiencing the dynamics of the mobility industry firsthand.

This role is remote, provided you are based in Germany.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure smooth daily service operations via phone and email support.
  • Work scheduled shifts, with bonuses for night shifts, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Support drivers and passengers with their questions and concerns.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Grow your responsibilities and compensation as you develop.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2).
  • An excellent communicator, adept at finding the right tone in various situations.
  • Enjoy providing phone support and advice.
  • Remain calm under pressure and develop real-time solutions.
  • Eager to learn and provide great service, even without prior call center experience.
  • Passionate about improving mobility access and reducing carbon footprints.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern IT tools.
