Operation & Personal Assistant (Virtual)

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Operation & Personal Assistant to support daily business and operational tasks. This role is critical to keeping workflows efficient and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.

You will work directly with leadership to manage schedules, communications, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
  • Handle email inbox (sorting, replying, follow-ups)
  • Perform data entry and maintain records
  • Organize documents and files (Google Drive, etc.)
  • Assist with research and simple reporting
  • Coordinate meetings and reminders
  • Handle basic operational and clerical tasks

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Reliable internet connection and working environment

Nice to Have (Bonus)

  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin Assistant
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Trello
  • Basic understanding of business operations or startups
