To support a virtual outpatient clinical team, the part-time or full-time South Dakota Licensed Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, design personalized treatment plans, and manage documentation using streamlined tools in a fully remote setting.Key responsibilitiesDeliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environmentDesign personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needsParticipate in regular case consultations and clinical leadership meetingsRequired qualificationsActive, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalentLicensed in South DakotaMaster's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapyExperience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferredComfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
