About Virtualite
Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services helps entrepreneurs and organizations streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management. We are currently looking for a lead development representative with the ability to work remotely to identify, engage and qualify prospective clients.
In this role:
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
- Qualify leads by understanding business needs, challenges, and decision-making authority
- Educate prospects on Virtualite's services and value proposition
- Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified opportunities to sales team members
- Maintain accurate lead activity, notes, and pipeline data in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals
- Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams to support conversions
We are looking for:
- Experience in lead development or sales development is a plus but not required
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable in a remote environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow in sales
