About Vitalis Medical Weight Loss & Wellness

Vitalis Medical Weight Loss & Wellness is a physician-supervised practice that hit a $1M run rate in our first seven months. Our marketing engine is delivering a steady stream of high-intent women --- mostly 35-55, mostly dealing with perimenopausal weight and hormone challenges --- who have already booked a 1-on-1 call to learn about our GLP-1, peptide, and hormone optimization programs.

We need a closer.

100% inbound. No cold calls. No prospecting. The leads are already on your calendar.

What you'll do

• Run 3-8 scheduled discovery calls per day with women who raised their hand
• Diagnose health goals and recommend the right program (GLP-1, peptide protocol, hormone therapy, or a combination)
• Close enrollments and handle objections around cost, medical safety, and timing with warmth and precision
• Run a clean follow-up cadence in our CRM --- no warm lead falls through
• Hand off cleanly to our clinical team for onboarding

Who we're looking for

• You've closed before. Show us a quota you beat --- ideally in medspa, elective medical, fitness/coaching, or another consultative B2C role.
• You can talk about weight, hormones, body image, and aging without flinching. Most of your prospects are women in midlife who are tired of being told to "just eat less" by doctors who don't listen. If you've watched a mom, sister, or friend struggle with this --- or lived it yourself --- you'll connect in a way other reps can't.
• You can simplify complex medical concepts without dumbing them down. Patients trust people who sound informed and human.
• You're self-managed. We give you the calendar, the CRM, the training, and the playbook. You bring the work ethic.
• You're set up to win at home. Quiet space, reliable computer and internet connection, good microphone, fluent English. We sell trust, and trust starts with how you sound on the phone.

Bonus, not required: familiarity with GLP-1s (semaglutide/tirzepatide), peptides, HRT, or GoHighLevel.

Compensation

• On-Target Earnings: $85,000/year (base + uncapped commission for a rep who hits quota)
• Base: $20-$25/hour DOE
• Commission: Uncapped, paid on every enrollment --- top closers exceed OTE
• Continuing education budget for sales and clinical/wellness training

Why this role exists

We're not filling a seat. Our marketing is outpacing our ability to close, and every unanswered inquiry is a woman who came to us for help and didn't get it. If you're the right person, this is the most leveraged sales role you'll ever take - every call on your calendar is someone who already wants the outcome you sell, and is hoping you'll be the one to walk her through it.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
