Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire product lifecycle of AI initiatives, from concept and prototyping to development, deployment, and enhancement.
  • Utilize advanced methodologies including Prompt Engineering, conversational AI agents, deep learning, and tailored recommendations to develop N of 1 solutions that cater to individual requirements.
  • Construct and enhance machine learning models to inspire behavioral changes resulting in sustained advancements in metabolic health for a varied member population including those managing diabetes and weight loss.
  • Shape the product roadmap by gaining in-depth insights into member behaviors and preferences through continuous data analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including clinical, medical research, business analytics, and engineering to design comprehensive AI-driven experiences for our members and clinical teams, ensuring impact based on metrics.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field; PhD is advantageous.
  • Over 5 years of professional experience in developing AI and Machine Learning systems in a production environment.
  • Experience in creating features for consumer-facing applications is a plus.
  • Proficient in developing applications that utilize LLMs, Generative AI, advanced Prompt Engineering, RAG, and iterative AI evaluations.
  • Skilled in building, deploying, and refining ML models using advanced methods such as deep learning neural networks.
  • Familiarity with Voice AI or specialized Language Models (VLMs, multi-modal, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and adept at analyzing large datasets with tools like SQL and Snowflake.
