Role Overview

• Role type: Black Belt Process Improvement
• Duration: 7 months
• Location: 100% Remote

Required Skills

• Process Expertise: Build processes supporting business operations and IT solutions. Experience with matrixed process mapping (up and down stream).
• Value Stream Analysis: Produce value streams identifying demand and delivery issues. Goal is to reduce turnaround time (TAT) at every step, including upstream partners.
• Metrics & Quality: Implement metrics and quality controls. Ability to facilitate root cause analysis based on metrics and anecdotal discussion.
• Project Management: Facilitate and manage the implementation of fixes; oversee a portfolio of improvements and projects.

Six Sigma Outputs

• Process mapping of current/future state with gap analysis.
• Ability to operate autonomously and drive work proactively.
• Strong project management skills combined with process expertise.
• A "restless soul" who enjoys providing healthy agitation to drive improvements.
• Ability to train others on defined processes.
• Certification: Black Belt or Master Black Belt required.
