Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and implementing business development strategies
  • Conducting market research
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Collaborating with internal teams
  • Analyzing client needs and delivering solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales strategy
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
  • Experience in supply chain and procurement processes is a plus
  • Knowledge of incentive programs, diversity spend analysis, or similar processes is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
