  • We conduct peer reviews of code produced by junior staff and colleagues.
  • We code, compile, and test programs and databases to confirm they meet design requirements.
  • We partner with business owners and users to convert business needs and service offerings into system functionality and automation.
  • We develop UI design, coding, testing, and implementation for application components and web services.

  • We create data policies, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts that standardize and automate processes so SaaS applications align with business operations.
  • We publish system workflows that automate business and IT support processes across agency service delivery.
  • We follow our release management process to document, track, test, and approve changes before production release.
