The Opportunity

• Join a highly regarded real estate and transactional practice advising lenders, developers, and investors
• Work across complex commercial deals including acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development
• Be part of a firm actively expanding across real estate, business, lending, and private client services
• Immediate path to partnership-level responsibility with expectations to build and grow a book

What They're Looking For

• 8+ years' commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong experience representing lenders and/or borrowers
• Proven ability to handle full-cycle deals (purchase agreements, loan docs, JV agreements, leases)
• Experience leading due diligence, title/survey review, and closings
• Maryland Bar required (DC strongly preferred; VA a plus)
• Interest in client development / building a practice (portable book a plus, not essential)

Compensation

• Base Up to $220K + bonus
