The Role

You will work on a mix of insurance defense, maritime, and transportation litigation matters, with responsibilities likely to include:

• Managing cases from early investigation through resolution.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and coverage analyses.
• Handling written discovery and depositions.
• Working on casualty, cargo, injury, and insurance disputes.
• Supporting trial and appellate work where needed.
• Communicating directly with insurer, transportation, and industry clients.
