We do the research. We find the business owners, get their contact info, identify the pitch angle, and package everything into a campaign. What we need is you --- a natural rockstar on the phone who can turn that intel into a booked meeting.

What You'll Do

You'll call pre-qualified local business owners using a simple, compelling pitch: "You don't have a website --- or the one you have is hurting you. I know someone who can fix that." For businesses without websites we build theirs ahead of the meeting. They aren't saying yes to a meeting to explore the potential of getting a new website built for them, they're saying yes to reviewing a website live that's already been built for them. That's our differentiator and that's your hook. Our system gives you the owner's name, phone number, business details, socials, the call script, and the exact angle to use. You bring the energy and the conversation. Your job is to get a decision-maker on the phone and book a qualified meeting onto our client's calendar. That's it. Every qualified meeting you book = a paycheck.

Your day-to-day:

• Work through your assigned lead list using our built-in dialer
• Follow the campaign brief to open conversations naturally
• Handle objections, build rapport, and push toward a booked meeting
• Log notes and outcomes in your caller portal after each call

What Makes This Role Different

Most cold calling jobs hand you a garbage list and a generic script and wish you luck. This isn't that.

Who We're Looking For

• Based in the United States with native or near-native English proficiency
• Confident and natural on the phone --- you enjoy talking to people
• Comfortable with objections and able to keep a conversation moving
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and call volume
• Prior cold calling, sales, or appointment-setting experience is a big plus
• No experience with web design or tech needed --- we handle the product side

Compensation

• Commission per qualified booked meeting. You set your rate per campaign.
• High performers with strong conversion rates consistently earn $30-40+/hour equivalent.
• Earnings scale directly with your effort and volume.
