Role Description
This is a remote, contract position. The consultant will be responsible for providing guidance to clients on the Certinia platform, including configuration, customization, and process optimization. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing practical solutions that align with business goals
- Analyzing workflows
- Supporting data structure improvements
- Managing system integration
- Ensuring successful user adoption
Collaboration with client stakeholders to deliver tailored project outcomes is a critical aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) platform, including configuration, customization, and optimization of workflows
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, data architecture, and analytics
- Experience in financial operations, order-to-cash processes, or revenue operations
- Skills in process redesign, change management, and user adoption strategies
- Knowledge of automation tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or private AI solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based environment
- Prior experience in management consulting or working with mid-market/enterprise clients preferred
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certifications in technology or business domains
