The opportunity

We are hiring a Partnerships Director -- US National Partnerships to lead the growth and evolution of our most critical gym and wellness relationships in North America.

We are looking for a Partnerships Director to lead the strategy and evolution of our most critical Tier 1 national partnerships in the US. This is a high-impact role where you will act as the primary architect for our most important market relationships. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Partnerships, you will have unique exposure to our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and play a pivotal role in shaping the supply offering that defines the Wellhub member experience. This isn't just a sales role—it's about managing the "pushes and pulls" of complex, high-stakes accounts by bringing an AI-forward mindset to drive efficiency, unlock insights, and elevate strategic impact.

Your impact

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Move beyond transactional volume to build deep, transparent, and dependable long-term relationships with Tier 1 national partners.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Lead high-stakes negotiations and navigate the "grey areas" of operational and contractual challenges with a data-driven, strategic mindset.
  • Internal Stakeholder Bridge: Act as the primary connector between partners and our internal Finance, Legal, Product, and Ops teams. Success in this role is defined by your ability to build internal rapport and secure buy-in for key initiatives.
  • Lifecycle Ownership: Own the "success" components of your portfolio. You will proactively analyze data to formulate creative proposals and execute contract amendments that drive mutual growth and platform stability.
  • Executive Visibility: Represent the North American supply landscape in discussions with the ELT, providing insights that influence our global strategy.
  • Live the mission: Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

Who you are

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in senior-level Partnerships, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales roles. We value stability and are looking for a professional with a proven track record of long-term loyalty and sustained growth at the leadership level.
  • Strategic Thinker: You think two steps ahead and understand how to balance external partner needs with internal business constraints.
  • High-Level Negotiator: You have a thirst for complex deal-making and a proven ability to lead multi-layered negotiations with C-suite executives.
  • Adaptable & Industry-Agnostic: While we value partnerships experience, we welcome candidates from outside the fitness industry who bring fresh perspectives on solving intricate business problems.
  • Collaborative & Reliable: You are known for being a dependable partner who builds trust through transparency and consistent follow-through.
  • Data-Driven: You don't just report numbers; you use analytics to tell a story, identify risks before they become issues, and unlock new value within existing contracts.
  • AI-Forward Mindset: You are already on the AI adoption path. You actively integrate generative AI and modern automation tools into your everyday work to drive efficiency and unlock insights. You view AI as a mandatory leverage multiplier and are ready to set the example for the team.

What we offer you

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $175,000. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

Our benefits include

  • WELLHUB: Free Gold-level membership with access to onsite gyms and studios, digital fitness programs, and online wellness resources.
  • HEALTHCARE: Health, dental, and vision insurance. Access to telehealth, care concierge, and an Employee Assistance Program.
  • FINANCIAL WELLNESS: 401(k) match, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance.
  • FLEXIBLE WORK: As a Flexible First company, we offer hybrid and remote options.
  • FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: Flexibility to shape how and when we get things done.
  • PAID TIME OFF: Minimum of 25 days PTO per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays.
  • PAID PARENTAL LEAVE: Up to 12 weeks 100% paid parental leave to all new parents. For parents giving birth, we offer up to 18 weeks paid leave and a ramp-back period.
  • CAREER GROWTH: Access to world-class platforms, personalized development roadmaps, and internal opportunities.
  • CULTURE: A team of passionate people who come together to break boundaries and create a meaningful impact.
