  • Lead the team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures, and/or compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Work closely with Product Owner and/or LOB to understand prioritization of stories and to elicit detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Produce technology solution artifacts that fulfill business requirements - including Jira Stories utilizing Wells Fargo AI tools, Use Cases, Business Rules, and Supplemental (Non-Functional) specifications - for complex capabilities.
  • Ensure the team has a healthy, well-groomed backlog aligned to near- and long-term goals.
  • Provide clear direction while enabling strong collaboration across engineering, architecture, and delivery leads.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between product, business, and technology teams.
  • Accept completed work based on agreed criteria and validate business outcomes.
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to mid-level and senior leaders.
  • Partner with other Product Owners to manage cross-team dependencies and shared services.

Required Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand technology middleware: systems integration and data mapping/transformation techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and delivery quality.
  • Ability to translate and present technical information across technical and non-technical groups.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and multiple delivery methodologies, as well as testing strategies for systems integration and end-user delivery.
