In this role, you will:
- Manage and support a Middle Market Treasury Management portfolio across the South Carolina territory, serving as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term strategic goals.
- Lead the development and execution of solutions for highly complex business and technical challenges spanning multiple lines of business.
- Drive large-scale, innovative initiatives requiring advanced analytical thinking, cross-functional coordination, and deep subject matter expertise.
- Provide vision, direction, and guidance to leadership on implementing impactful, enterprise-wide treasury solutions.
- Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, while mentoring peers and serving as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate and engage effectively with professionals and leaders at all levels across the organization to align on priorities and drive results.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working with middle market companies.
- Strong knowledge of treasury solutions, products, and services, including liquidity management and payment strategies.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships through effective collaboration, relationship management, and communication.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with complex deal structuring and pricing strategies for treasury products.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and cash flow patterns to recommend optimal solutions.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards impacting treasury management.
- Ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers, both internally and externally.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
