In this role, you will:
- Develop, retain, and grow highly complex client relationships, by understanding the needs and priorities of clients.
- Advise Healthcare industry clients on financing alternatives and industry-specific solutions, coordinating with internal stakeholders including Investment Banking and Treasury Management.
- Lead the strategy and execution for a full suite of solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients, leveraging a solid understanding of clients' businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions.
- Collaborate with peers and colleagues to resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo's business objectives, escalate client inquiries when needed, provide leadership to improve processes and risk control, act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues; may additionally lead projects within the team or across the Commercial Banking line of business.
- Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions provided by Wells Fargo and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systems.
- Strategically lead and support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Healthcare Commercial Banking clients.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- General understanding of Capital Markets, including the ability to identify opportunities for referrals to Investment Banking and Private Credit / Direct Lending partners.
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 exam to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents).
- Experience working with partners to coordinate cross-sell opportunities across Wells Fargo's suite of credit and non-credit products and services.
- Ability to forge relationships with members of C-suite.
- This job will involve an active prospecting effort, as well as input in developing Credit-based solutions, identifying and prosecuting Treasury opportunities, and participating in the credit approval process.
- Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Job expectations:
- Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. In addition, state registration, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards.
- Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer acceptance.
- Obtaining FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses, or equivalent must be completed within 180-days of date of hire if not immediately available to transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite may also be required.
- This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
- Internal transfers are subject to compliance with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification.
- Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay Range
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
