About WhatConverts

WhatConverts is a B2B SaaS company specializing in marketing attribution and lead tracking solutions. We empower businesses to make data-driven decisions by providing deep insights into their marketing campaigns and helping them understand what drives conversions. As a remote-first company, we foster a mission-focused and performance-driven culture, valuing integrity, initiative, and innovation.

Position Overview

At WhatConverts, we're looking for a motivated Jr. Systems Administrator who's excited to grow beyond traditional IT support and into cloud infrastructure and security operations.

This is more than a helpdesk role; it's an opportunity to work directly alongside senior infrastructure and security leadership at a fast-growing SaaS company while building hands-on experience with modern cloud environments, compliance, and internal operations.

What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to support partner for internal IT and account access requests
  • Provision users, manage devices, and maintain SaaS tools and permissions
  • Troubleshoot VPN, MFA, browser, and productivity app issues
  • Support security initiatives, SOC 2 compliance efforts, and internal documentation
  • Help manage SaaS renewals, licensing, and operational workflows

Where You'll Grow

As you build trust and experience, you'll expand into:

  • AWS cloud support and infrastructure operations
  • Security monitoring and alert triage
  • SOC 2 evidence ownership and customer security questionnaires
  • Vendor risk reviews and cloud maintenance tasks
  • Greater ownership across security and systems operations

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, password managers, MDMs, or similar SaaS platforms
  • Understanding of SSO, MFA, and access management basics
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Self-driven, security-minded, and comfortable working remotely

Bonus Points

  • Exposure to AWS or cloud certifications in progress
  • Experience with tools like Rippling, Duo, Datadog, Secureframe, or OpenVPN
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 or customer security questionnaires

Company Benefits/Perks

  • Remote-First: Empowered to work agilely in a fully remote environment with no risk of office return.
  • Immediate Impact: From day one, take ownership of projects and make a direct impact.
  • Health & Wellness: 100% employer-paid premium medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • 401k with 5% Match: Secure your future with immediate vesting.
  • Employee Support: Access counseling, legal, and debt management services through our EAP.
  • Generous PTO & Flexible Time Off: Accrue PTO with additional days for tenure, plus up to 4 hours of flex time per week for personal matters.
  • Parental & Bereavement Leave: Paid leave for life's important moments.
  • Volunteer Day: Give back with an annual volunteer day.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Join a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace.
  • Remote Work Perks: $100 monthly stipend to ensure your home office needs are met and company-provided devices.
