Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Sales Manager role. The Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth within Wiktis' exhibition management platform. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships with current customers, meeting sales targets, and providing insights for strategy refinement. Additional duties include collaborating with the marketing team and reporting on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and sales forecasting
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with exhibition management, trade shows, or events industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
