Job Summary
Operations Analysts are responsible for District/Market Segment Area data analytics and reviews, partnering closely with the site leadership to deliver daily coaching insights and support site performance. This role requires strong system and data analytics expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and some travel based on MSA size. They monitor performance metrics and data quality to identify trends and improvement opportunities, working with field teams to drive accuracy, compliance, and effective system use. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into actionable insights while effectively communicating and influencing at all levels.
This is a hybrid role, and travel is expected throughout the Market Area (Fresno County to San Diego County). Schedule must be flexible to meet the operational needs of the sites they support. Operations Analysts are expected to spend at minimum 1-2 days per week working onsite with their team, or to attend training and team meetings. Overnight stays as needed; Candidate must live in market area.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Business partner for Site Operations teams.
Prepares data for coaching conversations with employees on operational procedures and system usage.
Support analysis and review of the day-to-day operations of the district.
Partners with Site Operations to prepare reports on data summaries, changes, and trends to improve performance, accuracy, and compliance with established processes.
Monitor operational reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify performance trends and potential issues.
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Supports Standard Operating Procedures for data collection.
Participates in regular business reviews with Site Operations to focus on business opportunities.
Recommend changes, updates, and processes for continuous improvement in areas of expertise.
III. Qualifications
A. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
B. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, or operational metrics.
Experience providing training, coaching, process improvement, or operational support.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify trends and communicate findings clearly.

PAY: The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $70, 304 - $75,000 . This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location..
