About the Role
Wolters Kluwer, CT Compliance Solutions is expanding and seeking a dynamic Advanced Inside Sales Representative. Our product line is consistently top-ranked in the industry.
As an Advanced Inside Sales Representative, "Hunter," your primary focus will be to rapidly build new business relationships and close sales within the small and mid-size business market. You will manage an assigned territory currently without CT Corporation as their registered agent, bringing industry knowledge and expertise in handling complex sales activities.
This role reports to the Associate Director, Sales and is a remote position, allowing you to work from your home office. This presents an excellent opportunity for sales professionals aiming for unlimited earning potential through a base and commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate new relationships in the small to mid-size business sector, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Employ effective phone strategies to reach decision-makers.
- Gain thorough knowledge of the product line (comprehensive training provided).
- Successfully complete a 3-4 week training program upon hire, covering product knowledge, sales strategies, and personalized instruction from the Learning Solutions team and Sales Manager.
- Utilize influencing skills to overcome prospect objections, such as "Not interested."
- Ensure no restrictions or challenges from non-compete agreements (current or former employers) when selling into clients within the assigned territory.
- Manage complex inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Maintain and update prospect pipelines within the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Keep customer records detailed and accurate.
- Qualify and prioritize sales leads with strategic potential.
- Record, analyze, and report on sales activities and trends.
- Develop and present detailed sales quotes and proposals.
- Resolve highly complex customer issues related to products and services.
- Collaborate with various departments for large-scale orders.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives and projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales. Prior experience in corporate compliance or registered agent services is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Strategic Customer Service Orientation: Ability to manage intricate and strategic customer needs.
- Strategic Sales Techniques: Proficiency in developing and executing specialized sales strategies.
- Professional Communication Skills: Demonstrated high-level, nuanced communication abilities.
- Expert CRM Use: Advanced proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
- Exceptional Organization: Outstanding skills in task and time management.
- Refined Attention to Detail: Unmatched accuracy and precision in work.
- Analytical Data Interpretation: Skilled in analyzing and interpreting complex sales data.
- Extensive Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of all products and services.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $57,100.00 - $97,500.00 USD, plus eligibility for commission.
The listed compensation range is based on the primary location of the position. Actual base salary offers are influenced by various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, and the actual hiring location.
