Ihre Aufgaben

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager (m/f/d) to support the VP Product Software Engineering in managing the end-to-end global program and project portfolio for TAA Europe Region North.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of technical initiatives, tracking and reporting performance metrics, enabling organizational transformation, and driving continuous improvement across processes and structures. You will work closely with executive leadership, engineering, PMO, and commercial stakeholders in a highly collaborative, international, and matrixed environment.

  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships and act as a credible partner and influencer for senior stakeholders across engineering, product, PMO, and the business.
  • Drive and support execution of in-market products aligned with the strategic roadmap of TAA Europe Region North.
  • Actively support transformation initiatives across DXG, including DevSecOps, Meridian time-writing, and GenAI programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the VP Product Software Engineering, providing structured and transparent status updates and tracking actions and dependencies.
  • Support portfolio management across products and projects, including preparation of executive-level materials, governance forums, and KPI monitoring.
  • Support and enable GenAI initiatives by maintaining visibility on resource allocation, tooling needs, and effective use of approved solutions.
  • Define, maintain, and continuously improve project management processes, templates, and best practices across technical, financial, legal, and operational domains.
  • Lead and support process improvement and organizational optimization initiatives, including facilitation of workshops, chairing meetings, and documenting outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Reporting & Analysis (PMO) roles, ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives and delivery standards.

Ihr Profil

A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree or comparable professional experience is a plus, combined with proven experience leading complex initiatives in international environments.

  • At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, or consulting, within an international environment.
  • Background or experience in technical or software development environments is an advantage.
  • Strong structured thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proven ability to drive change within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong project and program management expertise; experience in portfolio management, financial management, demand planning, or architecture is a plus.

Languages & Tools

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude is essential.

Travel & Work Environment

  • Semi-regular domestic and international travel is required.
