About Your Marketing Partners

Your Marketing Partners is a UK-based paid ads agency serving clients across ecommerce, coaching, consulting, and info businesses. We run two core offers:

  • Done-For-You (DFY): We run the entire Meta ads operation - strategy, creative direction, media buying, and reporting - for clients scaling past six and seven figures.
  • Done-With-You (DWY): We coach and consult founders and in-house teams who want to build the capability internally

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads (form fills, opt-ins, applications) within our SLA - speed to lead is a core metric
  • Qualify leads against YMP's ideal client criteria (ad spend, stage, offer type, fit for DFY vs. DWY)
  • Hold real conversations over WhatsApp, SMS, email, and occasionally phone - not scripted pitches
  • Book qualified prospects onto the correct closer's calendar with clean, useful call notes
  • Run structured follow-up sequences on leads who don't book first time - no lead goes cold because you forgot about it
  • Maintain pristine CRM hygiene in Pipedrive (every touch logged, every stage accurate, every note useful to the closer)
  • Feed insights back to marketing and sales leadership - what's converting, what objections are showing up, what lead sources are producing the best conversations
  • Hit daily and weekly targets for response time, conversations held, and calls booked

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication - you can hold a natural, professional conversation
  • Organised and process-driven - you don't lose track of leads, you don't 'forget to follow up'
  • Fast - you move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Coachable - you take feedback well and apply it immediately
  • Self-motivated in a fully remote setup; nobody should need to chase you to do your job
  • Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and the general software stack of a modern sales operation
  • Genuine interest in marketing, business, and what makes founders tick
