Job description
About Your Marketing Partners
Your Marketing Partners is a UK-based paid ads agency serving clients across ecommerce, coaching, consulting, and info businesses. We run two core offers:
- Done-For-You (DFY): We run the entire Meta ads operation - strategy, creative direction, media buying, and reporting - for clients scaling past six and seven figures.
- Done-With-You (DWY): We coach and consult founders and in-house teams who want to build the capability internally
Responsibilities
- Take inbound and follow-up sales calls with qualified prospects
- Run structured diagnostic conversations that uncover the real constraints in a prospect's paid media operation
- Position DFY vs. DWY appropriately based on the prospect's stage, team, and constraints
- Close deals on the call where possible; run disciplined follow-up where it isn't
- Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in our CRM (Pipedrive), with accurate stage movement, notes, and forecasting
- Feed insights back to marketing and leadership on objections, offer feedback, and lead quality
- Hit monthly revenue and close-rate targets
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B or high-ticket consultative sales, ideally £1k--£10k+ deal sizes
- Experience in one-call or short-cycle closing of high-value offers
- Strong understanding of sales metrics - show rate, close rate, cash collected, pipeline velocity - and how to move them
- Excellent communication with founders and C-level decision-makers; able to hold frame with strong personalities
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality; thrives on targets and accountability in a fully remote setup
- Comfortable in a CRM-driven sales environment (Pipedrive experience a plus)
- Ability to understand and articulate paid media concepts at a reasonable depth - you don't need to be a media buyer, but you need to speak the language credibly
