As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer to build intelligent internal systems, automation workflows, and AI-powered solutions that drive business efficiency across multiple departments.
The Role
This is a highly autonomous position where you'll work directly with operational and business stakeholders, transforming ideas into production-ready solutions at speed.
You'll own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered internal tools using Cursor and modern automation platforms
- Design and deploy AI agents that automate operational workflows
- Develop full-stack applications using Node.js and React
- Integrate OpenAI APIs, third-party services, and internal platforms
- Deliver rapid iterations and production releases
- Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance existing systems
- Work directly with business users to solve operational challenges
Required Experience
- Expert-level use of Cursor or AI-assisted development tools
- Strong experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms
- OpenAI APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents
- Node.js and React development
- PostgreSQL or relational databases
- REST APIs and system integrations
- AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong software architecture and security awareness
Desirable Skills
- HubSpot API integrations
- MongoDB
- Browser automation tools such as Playwright
- Chrome Extension development
- Experience building internal business systems or operational tooling
