Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the Retail Line of Business. This role involves managing projects for various retail clients, providing thought leadership, and ensuring project controls are followed.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight and support on all deliverables.
• Lead with a solution-focused approach to encourage best practices.
• Manage large integrated projects throughout all stages of digital creative execution.
• Facilitate digital creative requirements gathering.
• Participate in capacity planning across creative teams.
• Establish a strategy of continuous risk management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and key partners.
• Partner with Account Directors and Managers to manage portfolio business reviews.
• Collaborate on digital creative marketing recommendations and strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or HS Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience leading digital creative projects in an agency environment).
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading digital creative projects for an advertising agency.

Desired Characteristics

• Understanding of the digital creative process.
• Experience navigating large, complex organizations.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• 3+ years of experience using Project Management Software (Workfront preferred).
