About the Role

Zurich is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to drive sales success in the Orlando market, covering Florida and potentially parts of Alabama and Georgia. The ideal candidate will reside within this territory.

Zurich Direct Markets focuses on providing Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to the automotive industry, supported by a dedicated sales force.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Income Development Executive, you will be responsible for the growth and profitability of an assigned region through the sale of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to automotive dealers. Your key duties will include:

  • Cultivating relationships and driving production within existing accounts, while also generating referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers sector.
  • Supporting performance and key initiatives through ongoing training and development within dealerships to foster growth and profitability.
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders via email, intranet, and newsletters.
  • Attending conferences, seminars, training events, and other meetings to promote Zurich's marketing efforts.
  • Understanding and adapting to evolving technology and IT requirements of customer accounts, securing internal buy-in to maintain strong relationships.
  • Working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Earning a competitive base salary with a generous, uncapped incentive plan.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of sales experience. OR
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with 4+ years of sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and terminology.
  • Experience in dealership training.
  • Advanced knowledge of dealership technology.
  • Basic knowledge of all F&I products.
  • Familiarity with warranty claims processes and terminology.
  • Proven ability to multitask.

Compensation and Benefits

Your compensation will be based on your role, location, skills, and experience, adhering to local laws for fair pay. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply, even if their expectations exceed the provided range, as your unique background is valued.

This role includes a variable component based on individual performance within the sales incentive plan, with an annual variable compensation range of $155,000 to $175,000.
