About the Role

Zurich Direct Markets is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to drive sales in the Wisconsin market, potentially including parts of Illinois. The ideal candidate will reside within the territory. Zurich Direct Markets specializes in providing Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to the automotive industry, with a dedicated sales force that engages directly with customers.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Income Development Executive, you will be responsible for supporting growth and profitability in your assigned region through the sale of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers. Your duties will include:

  • Cultivating relationships and assisting in driving production within current accounts, and generating referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space.
  • Supporting performance and key initiatives to drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within dealerships.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email, intranet, or newsletters to maintain strong relationships.
  • Attending conferences, seminars, training events, and other meetings to promote Zurich's marketing efforts as needed.
  • Understanding and responding to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts, and gaining internal buy-in to maintain good relationships.
  • Working from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
  • Earning a competitive base salary with a generous, no-cap incentive plan.
  • Receiving excellent benefits and a company car (all candidates are subject to a driving record check).

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in sales. OR
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4+ years of experience in sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and terminology.
  • Dealership training experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership.
  • Basic knowledge of all F&I products.
  • Knowledge of warranty claims techniques and terminology.
  • Ability to multitask.

Compensation and Benefits

Your pay at Zurich is determined by your role, location, skills, and experience, in compliance with local laws. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. We encourage you to apply even if your expectations exceed the listed range, as your unique background is valued.

This position includes a variable component based on individual performance under the sales incentive plan. The annual variable compensation range for this role is $175,000 to $190,000.
