We are an internationally oriented company operating in the board games and TCG cards segment, with an active USA expansion.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Director of Operations & Logistics to oversee and optimize our USA logistics network, operational execution, fulfillment processes, and coordination with international teams.

This is a remote, execution-focused leadership role covering logistics management, operational scaling, inventory coordination, warehouse and partner oversight, and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, and operational workflows across the USA market
• Coordinate with international teams, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners
• Manage inventory flow, forecasting, replenishment, and operational planning
• Improve operational efficiency, scalability, and fulfillment performance
• Establish and maintain structured logistics and operational processes
• Monitor KPIs, shipping performance, operational costs, and service quality
• Support expansion initiatives and operational execution within the USA market
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
• Collaborate closely with sales and management teams to ensure smooth business operations
• Maintain strong relationships with external operational and logistics partners

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or fulfillment management
• Experience in a fast-growing, operationally intensive environment
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and logistics coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple operational partners and priorities simultaneously
• Highly organized, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset
• Ability to build and optimize operational structures from scratch
• Strong communication and coordination skills in international environments
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-driven personality
