Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

This growing physician contract negotiation business is seeking a Business Support Virtual Assistant to assist with administrative support, CRM updates, social media scheduling, and audience engagement.

The client already has systems, templates, content libraries, and content calendars in place. The primary need is for someone organized and reliable who can help execute recurring operational and marketing-related tasks consistently.

This role combines business support responsibilities with light social media management, but does not require heavy content creation or advanced marketing expertise.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Business Support & Administrative Tasks

  • Assist with updating and maintaining CRM records and spreadsheets
  • Review calendar activity and update meeting tracking logs
  • Support recurring administrative and organizational workflows
  • Help maintain clean and accurate business records

Social Media Scheduling & Engagement

  • Schedule templated posts across social media platforms using the provided content calendar
  • Upload and manage pre-created videos and content assets
  • Perform pre-post engagement activities such as commenting and warming up posts
  • Monitor and respond to comments and engagement after posting

Email & Outreach Support

  • Send templated email newsletters and communications to the appropriate audiences
  • Assist with scheduling and managing outreach sequences
  • Support templated LinkedIn messaging workflows and follow-up activities

General Coordination

  • Help maintain organized workflows and recurring task schedules
  • Support additional business support activities as the relationship grows

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing recurring administrative tasks
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Familiar with scheduling social media content and basic engagement workflows
  • Comfortable working independently with templated systems and processes
  • Reliable, responsive, and process-oriented

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client's requirements:

  • Experience in administrative support or executive assistant roles
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and engagement workflows
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and templated systems
  • Experience with CRM updates and organizational tracking
  • Basic familiarity with AI-assisted content tools is a plus

  • AI-assisted video clipping tools (training/materials provided)

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: TBD MST

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
