Remote Legal Recruiter (Plaintiff's Civil Litigation Practice)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Compensation: Starting at $90,000 base + performance bonuses per hire

Job Type: Full-time

With over 4,000 active cases and eight distinct practice groups, our firm is built on a commitment to advocacy, results, and meaningful client impact. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a driven and experienced IN-HOUSE Legal Recruiter to help us identify and attract top-tier talent.

Position Overview

This is a fully remote role for a motivated recruiter who understands the legal landscape and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your primary mission will be to build and maintain a strong pipeline of exceptional attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff, with a particular focus on plaintiff-side litigation talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn, bar associations, legal networks, and other channels
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from resume review, to initial outreach, to interviewing, through offer stage
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates, even during non-hiring periods
  • Partner closely with firm leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Track recruiting activity, metrics, and outcomes, and report directly to ownership
  • Promote the firm's mission, culture, and growth opportunities to prospective candidates

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of legal recruiting experience (plaintiff personal injury strongly preferred)
  • Established network and relationships within the PI and/or sexual abuse legal community
  • Proven ability to source and place high-quality legal talent
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively represent and "sell" the firm
