About the Role

Adecco Creative is partnering with an iconic NYC fashion house to recruit for a Sourcer -- Retail. This position will be contract, approximately 3 months, and can be fully remote. Candidates MUST have experience recruiting for retail stores.

Responsibilities

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Product Development to:

  • Support Talent Acquisition by sourcing and engaging retail Store Manager level talent in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Leverage a strong retail leadership network to proactively build talent pipelines in identified markets.
  • Maintain ready‑to‑hire pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate interview scheduling to ensure process efficiency.
  • Partner closely with recruiters to increase hiring velocity, candidate flow, and alignment.
  • Demonstrate strong prioritization skills and proactively communicate with TA.

Qualifications

The accomplished individual will possess:

  • 2+ years of dedicated retail recruiting experience.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a sense of urgency.
  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.
