This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at AHDX INC. The CRO will lead revenue generation strategies, including overseeing sales operations, strategic planning, and account management processes. Key responsibilities include driving growth through lead generation, managing customer relationships, optimizing sales operations, and developing future-facing strategies to meet organizational goals. Collaboration across teams to align company goals with revenue strategies is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Lead Generation and Sales to identify, engage, and convert potential clients.
- Proven experience in Account Management to enhance client relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
- Skills in Strategic Planning and Sales Operations to design and implement effective revenue growth strategies and optimize processes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a remote environment and drive results with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Experience in technology or data governance industries is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience selling into healthcare systems
