About The Role
Are you studying to become a pilot or controller --- or do you have hands-on experience with aviation communications? We're looking for aviation-knowledgeable specialists to help train next-generation AI systems by reviewing and transcribing real pilot-to-tower audio. Your expertise directly improves the accuracy, safety, and real-world reliability of AI in aviation.

What You'll Do
- Listen to and transcribe authentic pilot-to-tower radio communications
- Review and annotate aviation audio for accuracy and contextual correctness
- Identify errors, ambiguities, or miscommunications in transcribed data
- Apply your knowledge of standard aviation phraseology and protocols to improve AI outputs
- Provide structured feedback that helps AI better understand real-world flight communications
- Complete task-based assignments asynchronously at your own pace
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a flight training program (student pilot, PPL, CPL, ATPL track) --- or have equivalent aviation communications experience
- Familiar with standard aviation radio phraseology and ATC communication procedures
- Strong listening comprehension and attention to detail
- Able to transcribe audio accurately and consistently
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI or data labeling experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with actual flight simulator or real cockpit radio communications
- Familiarity with NAV CANADA, FAA, ICAO, or other regulatory communication standards
- Background in air traffic control, dispatch, or aviation operations
