Position Overview
As a Licensed Insurance Producer, your primary focus will be generating new business, managing leads, building customer relationships, and consistently driving production. You will work directly with prospective customers to uncover needs, recommend coverage solutions, and guide clients confidently through the sales process.
This is a production-focused role with strong earning potential for professionals who are disciplined, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through inbound opportunities, warm leads, referrals, and outbound follow-up
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance policies with professionalism and confidence
- Build long-term client relationships through strong communication and consistent follow-up
- Manage pipeline activity efficiently from lead to bind
- Overcome objections and navigate sales conversations effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records within agency systems
- Participate in team communication, sales coaching, and ongoing professional development
- Consistently work toward meeting and exceeding production goals
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Prior insurance sales experience required
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Disciplined follow-up and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
