The Opportunity: ABA Recruiter
Join our Talent Acquisition Team as an ABA Recruiter, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This is a 100% remote role, requiring you to be based in California (CA) or Arizona (AZ) and available between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST or MST. We offer a competitive compensation package of $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus excellent benefits.
What You'll Do:
- Act as an ABH ambassador, engaging with candidates and employees.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners to identify top-tier candidates.
- Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline to meet production goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Uphold company values with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
- Manage the full recruitment process efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance at all stages of recruitment.
Your day-to-day will involve interviewing, partner management, sourcing, screening applicants, and supporting recruitment operations.
Applicant Requirements:
- Strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Foundational recruiting skills (sourcing, job advert development).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and independent work capabilities.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Adaptable to departmental process changes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
