Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: AED 240,000 to 300,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

Alumco is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We hire both fully remote and on-site candidates worldwide and have no preference between the two. Relocation support is available for candidates who wish to work on-site at our Dubai Investments Park facility.

You will own monthly financial close, project costing for 40 to 50 active façade contracts, and cash flow forecasting across AED, USD, and EUR. You will work directly with procurement and site teams to reconcile material costs, track retention balances, and prepare board packs with variance commentary. The role includes supervising two accountants and coordinating with external auditors during the annual statutory audit. You will also lead the buildout of a 13-week cash model and support the CFO on bank covenant reporting and letter of credit documentation for international suppliers.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years in finance roles within construction, manufacturing, or engineering services
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CPA, or CIMA qualification
  • Hands-on experience with project costing, percentage of completion revenue recognition, and retention accounting
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally, plus advanced Excel for cash flow modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to manage month-end close cycles under 7 business days
  • Experience preparing management accounts, variance analysis, and board reporting packs
  • Working knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and statutory audit coordination
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus but not required
