- Location: Remote -- Candidates must reside within California
- Duration: 6 Months
- Pay Rate: $45-$47 hourly on W2
JOB SUMMARY
Seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant/Analyst to support Medicare-focused communication and engagement initiatives for a remote California-based assignment. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive member engagement, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare marketing, campaign management, compliance-driven communications, and data analytics across print, email, digital, and direct mail channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple business units to align communication priorities and develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute communication programs using print, email, digital, direct mail, and social media channels.
- Create member-focused communication experiences and meaningful customer touchpoints.
- Measure campaign effectiveness using data and analytics including open rates, response rates, return mail, and list health.
- Optimize communication strategies based on campaign performance metrics and engagement insights.
- Support crisis communication, customer engagement, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that support member engagement, retention, and NPS goals.
- Manage campaign implementation, project timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communications.
- Approving technical and creative aspects of marketing collateral and communication materials.
- Develop personalized member-facing marketing assets and landing experiences that drive desired customer actions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing Management.
- Strong experience in Marketing Management, Campaign Management, and Project Management.
- Experience working in regulated and compliance-driven environments, preferably healthcare or Medicare.
- Knowledge of Medicare communication strategies and member engagement campaigns.
- Experience with consumer engagement, content marketing, content syndication, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital media, email management, and campaign development.
- Ability to independently develop, implement, and evaluate marketing plans and recommend process improvements.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Self-starter with strong accountability and ownership mindset.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
